EPS EPE Foam Plastic Melting Machine Start-up Process

EPS发泡机启动时，用户需要注意几个要点，才能正确、安全地操作。

Foam plastic melting machine start-up steps

1. 首先，EPS热熔机应固定在水平地板上，避免运行过程中的振动和位移，以及泡沫溢出和泄漏。
2. 作业前，工作人员应检查电气线路安全及设备状态。观察进料口、料筒内是否有异物，各设备是否安装到位。
3. 检查完毕后启动机器空转，观察各部位运转情况是否正常等。
4. 各项检查符合要求后开始生产。投料工人应保持匀速投料。进料量可根据出料速度适当调整。切记不能连续大量加入泡沫，以免泡沫在机筒内熔化不均匀，影响挤出热熔块的质量。
5. 当EPS发泡机稳定生产时，操作人员只需维护进料，及时检查设备的工作参数，看看是否有异常情况。
