In response to the government’s call and improve recycling efficiency, a foam recycling plant in Germany began looking for environmentally friendly and energy-saving styrofoam shredding solutions. Recently, they completed a successful cross-border collaboration with us.
German Customer’s Needs
The German customer is mainly involved in styrofoam recycling for the packaging industry. Large piles of plastic foam were taking up a lot of storage space. Transportation, storage, and disposal costs were increasing. Meanwhile, the customer’s original EPS crusher machine was aging and had low performance and capacity, which was prone to jamming and clogging and could not adapt to the current expanding production scale.

Shuliy’s Solution For Styrofoam Shredding
After understanding the customer’s needs, our sales manager recommended an SL-1000 foam crusher according to the customer’s production situation: a high-efficiency crushing solution with a capacity of about 350 kg/h. After a video demonstration and factory visit, the customer showed great interest and confidence in this styrofoam shredder. After discussing and finalizing some specific details, this cross-border cooperation has started.
