Application of Automatic Tire Recycling Lines

Three Types of Rubber Powder Production Lines
Tire Recycling Solution 1:
Including equipment: tire debeader machine, tire cutting machine, tire shredder, tire grinding and screening system
Detailed working process:
- Tire debeader pulls the steel rims out of the inner rims of the tires using a strong hydraulic traction device.
- The tire cutter then cuts the tires into two or three pieces, which are easy to put into the shredder for processing.
- The tire shredder crushes tires into small, uniform pieces, enhancing the efficiency of subsequent grinding.
- The rubber powder manufacturing line produces high-quality rubber powder with an adjustable fineness of 10–40 mesh through processes such as double roller milling, vibrating screen sorting, and magnetic separation.
Waste Tire Recycling Plant 2:
Including facility: tire bead wire remover and cutter machine, tire steel wire separator, rubber tire shredder, tire crushing line
Complete Working Process:
- The tire bead removal and cutting machine removes the tire bead containing the steel wires and cuts off the tire, which then enters the tire shredding machine via an automatic conveyor belt.
- The tire steel wire separator then separates the rubber and steel wires portions of the tire bead, with the rubber portion also able to be put into the shredder for processing.
- The powerful shredder and grinding and screening systems then crush, grind, and remove impurities from the rubber.
- Output: Highly pure rubber powder, the fineness of which can be adjusted using the screen.

Workflow:
Unlike the previous two solutions, this tire recycling solution does not require pre-processing. The whole tyre can be put directly into a high-power tyre shredder, followed by deep grinding and screening.
