The project involved two different materials: hard plastic aquaculture floats and EPS foam. The customer needed a practical solution for processing both materials while paying particular attention to the cleaning requirements of the hard plastic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this application, choosing an HDPE plastic granulating line was not simply about selecting a granulator. The equipment configuration needed to account for the incoming material, cleaning requirements, production capacity, and subsequent pelletizing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer initially considered a capacity of 100 kg\/h before increasing the requirement to 200 kg\/h. The solution therefore needed to match the revised production target rather than an initial estimate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customized HDPE Plastic Granulating Line<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After discussing the application, we prepared a 200 kg\/h HDPE <a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingequipinc.com\/ja\/product\/pvc-pelletizing-line\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/recyclingequipinc.com\/product\/pvc-pelletizing-line\/\">plastic granulating line<\/a> with crushing, washing, dewatering, and pelletizing sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposed configuration included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingequipinc.com\/ja\/product\/waste-plastic-crusher\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/recyclingequipinc.com\/product\/waste-plastic-crusher\/\">Crushing system<\/a>:<\/strong> A plastic crusher and conveyors to reduce hard plastic into smaller pieces for further processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enhanced <a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingequipinc.com\/ja\/product\/rinsing-tank\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/recyclingequipinc.com\/product\/rinsing-tank\/\">washing system<\/a>:<\/strong> Two washing tanks to provide additional cleaning capacity for the customer&#8217;s dirty raw materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dewatering system:<\/strong> A high-speed dewatering machine to remove moisture before granulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingequipinc.com\/ja\/product\/plastic-granulator-machine\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/recyclingequipinc.com\/product\/plastic-granulator-machine\/\">Pelletizing system<\/a>:<\/strong> Extrusion, melt filtration, cooling, and pellet cutting equipment to convert processed HDPE into reusable plastic granules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The washing section was a key consideration. Rather than using a standard configuration without further evaluation, we revised the proposal to include two washing tanks in response to the customer&#8217;s concerns about material contamination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This customized HDPE plastic granulating line was designed around the actual processing requirements, helping the customer evaluate a more suitable equipment combination before making a purchasing decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Separate EPS Foam Pelletizing Machine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to hard plastic recycling, the customer also required an independent <a href=\"https:\/\/recyclingequipinc.com\/ja\/product\/styrofoam-recycling-machine\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/recyclingequipinc.com\/product\/styrofoam-recycling-machine\/\">solution for EPS foam<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We proposed an EPS foam pelletizing machine with a rated processing range of 150\u2013200 kg\/h. The configuration included crushing and pelletizing functions, a cooling tank, a pellet cutter, a fan, and an electrical control cabinet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing HDPE hard plastic and EPS foam requires different equipment arrangements because the materials have different physical properties. Providing separate systems allows the customer to evaluate each recycling process according to its own production requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposed solution also included a hydraulic cutter for the customer&#8217;s additional processing needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why the Customer Considered Shuliy Machinery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. A more complete equipment package<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer needed multiple types of machinery. Having access to crushing, washing, pelletizing, foam recycling, and auxiliary equipment from one supplier simplified equipment selection and coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Configuration based on actual material conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The additional washing tanks were included in the revised proposal after the customer emphasized the condition of the raw materials. This helped align the equipment configuration with the intended application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Factory inspection before purchasing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer visited our factory to inspect the physical equipment. Seeing the machinery in person provided a practical opportunity to evaluate the supplier and discuss the proposed solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Flexible communication and quotation updates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the production capacity and cleaning requirements changed, we updated the proposal accordingly.
